Orders can be e-mailed to us directly from the website or faxed to +27 12 800 4948 or please call us at + 27 12 800 4981/2. Please allow us one day to process the order and make up the quote. Quotations are valid for 7 days only – if payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be considered cancelled. We ship parcells via post office speedservices, or courier services. Client must arrange own courier. Please confirm collection before pickup. No orders will be shipped without prior payment.
Refund
Please inspect your parcell immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if damaged or faulty. If you are unhappy for any reason with any of our products, you can return it within 7 days from date of purchase for a credit or full refund. Please contact us in this regard so we can make arrangements for returns.
Method of payment
We accept Visa/Mastercard, Direct bank transfers, Cash. No cheques accepted.
